Yeah, the director is already part of my blacklist consisting of people whose movies I've decided to boycott as a small personal gesture towards the world of cinema.Shubhajithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02040495040897333606noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2017832040275963428.post-3731202523881360082010-01-17T03:02:05.467+05:302010-01-17T03:02:05.467+05:30We couldn't agree more. We have not seen this ...We couldn't agree more. We have not seen this film but judging from your utter disdain of it, we believe abstinence is the best road to take. In cases like these, oftentimes imitation isn't always the best form of flattery.

When Zhang Yi Mou decided to remake 'Blood Simple', he acknowledged the source material and had received consent from Coens. This movie going by what you wrote is just laziness in part of the producers to make original films. Greed is also at play here as the director feigned not to have seen 'Memento' before, choosing instead to not only bite the hands which never wanted to feed him in the first place, but claiming work that is not his as his own. What a bold-faced liar! The best thing to do is boycott anything done by this director in future.1minutefilmreviewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05809587879409604427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2017832040275963428.post-83078229104653049132009-01-08T07:23:00.000+05:302009-01-08T07:23:00.000+05:30I too have heard a lot of positive vibes about Oye...I too have heard a lot of positive vibes about Oye Lucky... After all far more languages spoken here than you can possibly count with your fingers. The director promoted the movie as a remake of a Tamil movie of the same name, forever believing that the audience would be gullible to the fact that the source lies elsewhere.

@Joy - Thanks a lot for your suggestions and for visiting my blog. The idea of a movie poster widget seems really interesting. I'll surely visit the site and have a look.Shubhajithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02040495040897333606noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2017832040275963428.post-1253432683244355022008-12-30T10:30:00.000+05:302008-12-30T10:30:00.000+05:30Hello Shubhajit, We are pleased to announce...Hello Shubhajit,

We are pleased to announce the launch of 'Chakpak Picture Gallery Widgets - beta' .
